About Our Team
We've been where you are
Purple Hat Coaching brings together decades of senior leadership experience across retail, operations, HR, finance and leadership development. We're not academics observing from the outside. We've held senior roles, navigated organisational complexity, and felt the pressure you're working under. We combine that lived experience with evidence from leadership and team performance research — so everything we do is both credible and genuinely useful.
Our approach blends commercial realism, psychological insight, and practical leadership application. We bring clear, grounded feedback on what is actually happening — not what should be happening. Clients tell us they value our ability to cut through the noise and name what others won't. We're direct, honest, and focused on results. No fluff. No jargon.
Commercial Realism
We understand the pressures of running complex organisations and never lose sight of the commercial context.
Psychological Insight
We apply evidence-based insight into how people think, decide, and behave — especially under pressure.
Practical Application
Everything we do is grounded in real leadership situations — not theoretical frameworks.
